Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature

2/3 cups of caster sugar

One large egg

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 ½ cups of self-raising flour

One pinch of salt

½ cup of chocolate

How to Cook

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, 165 degrees C. or Gas Mark 3 and prepare two baking trays with baking paper.
